Q: How long will it take to complete my bathroom?

A: On a package bathroom [not custom built] normally 7-10 business days.


Q: Who supplies all the bathware?

A: We can supply everything through our package deals or you can supply and we will install.


Q: Are you a registered builder?

A: Yes we are a registered builder with the VBA [Victorian building authority] and HIA member.


Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes we are fully insured.


Q: Can u help design my bathroom?

A: Yes absolutely, a consultation will take place beforehand to have a chat about your ideas and what we think will or wont work on your floor plan.


Q: Are your tradesmen professional and qualified?

A: Our tradesmen are friendly professionals who are fully qualified in their field of work with ample knowledge of the building industry.


Q: Who do we contact should we have any queries or should any problems occur?

A: You will be given direct contact with the director or a supervisor who will answer any questions or rectify any issues.


Q: What protection is provided for our home during project construction?

A: Once a suitable access pathway has been established, floor and [required] wall protection will be laid out to allow trades to enter and exit without damage to your home.


Q: What happens if we have termite damage?

A: Unfortunately unforeseen circumstances like termites is a possibility, we will have to asses any damage and repair where required at the owners expense. It is also up to the owner of the property to employ a termite pest controller for future damage prevention.


Q: How will tradesmen enter my home if i cant be there?

A: The majority of the time, a supervisor will be meeting tradesmen at your home prior to each start day to open up, but if not, an onsite combination key lock will be placed in a private location for trades to access the keys.

All our tradesmen have a clear understanding of who gets access to your home and who doesn’t.


Q: What if we don’t have another bathroom whilst ours is being renovated?

A: We can organise a mobile ensuite service to be delivered to your home for you to use during this time.
